• A deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is required to confirm the reservation. The booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.
• For bookings made less than 7 days before the event, full payment is required immediately.
• All prices are excluding VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

By the organizer/instructor

More than 14 days before the event:

→ Full refund of the deposit or free rescheduling (one time only, subject to availability).

7–14 days before the event:

→ Deposit is non-refundable, but one reschedule is allowed.

Less than 7 days before the event:

→ No refund and no rescheduling. Full fee is due.

 

By the venue

In the unlikely event that the venue must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances,

→ All payments will be fully refunded or the event will be rescheduled at the organizer’s choice.

The space must be left in reasonable, clean condition, similar to how it was received.

Basic cleaning is included, but:

Excessive mess (paint, ink, glue, food waste, glitter, etc.), Furniture moved without returning it to original layout may result in an additional cleaning fee (minimum €50).

All setup and cleanup must be done within the booked time slot.

Extra time used before or after the booking will be charged accordingly.

The organizer/instructor is fully responsible for:

damage caused by themselves, participants, or materials used during the workshop.

Any damage to furniture, walls, floors, equipment, or installations will be:

• documented,
• repaired or replaced,
• and charged to the organizer.

If damage exceeds normal wear and tear, an invoice will be issued after the event.

The organizer must inform the venue in advance if the workshop involves:

• paint, ink, chemicals, solvents, sharp tools, heat, or water.
• Materials that may permanently damage the space are not allowed unless explicitly approved.

The organizer is responsible for ensuring that:

• all materials are safe to use,
• participants receive proper instructions,
• applicable safety measures are followed

Photography and video recording during workshops is allowed unless stated otherwise.

The organizer is responsible for obtaining participant consent if faces are visible.

The venue reserves the right to:

• take photos or short videos of the space and atmosphere (not close-ups of participants),
• use this content for promotional purposes.

If a workshop requires full privacy (no photos, no gallery access), this must be requested in advance.

The venue is not responsible for:

• personal belongings lost or damaged during the event,
• injuries resulting from workshop activities or materials.

The organizer assumes full responsibility for participants during the workshop.

For professional or high-risk workshops, the venue may request proof of insurance.

Booking the space implies full acceptance of these policies.

Exceptions are only valid if confirmed in writing in advance.
