Refund policy
Galerie FRITS is commited to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. The following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise :
- Before returning a product contact us by email to inform us : galerie.frits@gmail.com
- In case the merchandise and package arrives damaged, send us pictures of the damage. When we send with insurance we will startup a procedure with the shipping company.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Returns need to be done in the original package, the goods need to be returned undamaged. Galerie Frits cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned damaged.
- Returns need to be sent to Galerie Frits, Sint Pieterstraat 5, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium
- Refunds for returns received within 14 days from the purchase date will be given in the same way form as the original payment type, unless agreed differently by both parties.
- Refunds include purchase price and shipping costs. You are responsible for any costs to return the merchandise.
- Returning goods must be send with a track & trace option.
- Please allow aprox. 10 business days for your return to be processed.
