Gert Paenen is a Belgian illustrator and founder of Galerie Frits. He creates bold, colorful artwork through his design studio, Studio Frits. Trained in illustration in Antwerp, Gert began producing most of his work while living in the French countryside—deeply inspired by nature. Now back in Antwerp, his artistic focus also explores cityscapes, buildings, and architectural forms. His illustrations blend natural and urban influences into a playful, modern style.
